I feel good. I have lost 15lbs so far. The weight had stalled for 2 weeks and this week has been coming down a bit. I started walking so it might help. I will start with aerobic exercise soon to tone my body. I have 10lbs to go with my set goal to lose on UN diet but if it goes down even more better for me. I am still following the 4 day (protein, starch, carb, fruit) plan but soon will start with the new one which is:
protein
starch
vitamin-fruit day
protein
Carb
v-fruit day
They said that if the weight stalls to follow this plan for 2 weeks and than go back or stay on it until the end of the diet if you like it more. I have been following the Croatian bloggs and they are very useful. Very informational.
Today is Carb day for me so here is the menu:
coffee
lemonade
2 oranges
personal size veggie pizza (no cheese)
2 piece of cake and few cubes of dark chocolate
PS. I forgot to mention in my earlier posts that the dark chocolate is taken to protect your body from possible allergies.
