Hi all!
Today is my day 10 and it is getting easier.
I have lost 7lbs so far.
Also, it is a starch day for me so these were my food choices:
Breakfast:
8 oz lukewarm water (sometime I put a slice a lemon in it)
2 oranges
16 oz water
8oz hot tea
Lunch:
Big plate of bean stew (beans, carrots, green paper, onions with spices) and also half of the fresh tomato. Piece of toast with butter (light version).
16oz water
Dinner:
Half of the bean stew with pickles.
coffee
16 oz water
Tomorrow is the day that I love the most, the carbohydrates day. I can eat pizza and have a cake. One hint that I will give you is that by the time you get to eat that cake you will feel so full that you will only have half or maybe even less. I prepare myself because I do have stomach-bathroom issues later.

I love following your progress. i began this diet 11 days ago, and I only lost 3 pounds. Not sure if I am doing anything wrong, but am looking forward to seeing if it continues coming off.
Also, how is it that we cannot mix eggs with cheese but we can eat cake, which is made of eggs and dairy!.. :P
